New CH Canada Offer For Old Members - 3 DVDs for $9.95

I just got an offer in the mail the other day to return to the club after I cancelled. It offered a purchase of 1 dvd (free shipping) for $9.95 and I would get two others free (also free shipping). They also offer to sell another 2 at $12.95 each w/ free shipping. The kicker is, after you take the 3 initial ones, there are no further obligations and no fulfillments required. I think the offer code was 9PY, and I used it on the website.

I think this is the best deal I've ever seen. What a great reason to return.

Wow, that is a great deal. I wonder if I can convince a friend up north to sign up for me. Sin City extended cut and Amelie for about 3$ would be great.

Sin City is available at Columbia House? Or is this only in Canada?

Does anyone know how many accounts you're allowed to have opened per household in Canada? I usually have two going, but it just doesn't keep up well enough, I end up overspending at other places.

I am pretty sure that 2 accounts per household is the limit. It is worth noting that those accounts don't even need to be in different names.

I tried to ask them how many truly were the limit, but I always get some lame response involving how they are basically like store/online prices when you factor everything in, including additional purchases. I wonder what they'd ever say if someone replied to them and showed them some true examples of other prices, and how you gotta wait a week or two longer waiting time for the same price, plus worry about director's selections and everything else. Why would I join a club when I could get them more conveniently for the same or lower price? I guess it's just them trying to convince a more casual buyer.

I was just about to finish one membership and tried signing up online for another. But I haven't heard back, it's been over a week. Does this mean it was denied? Is there a nomber for CH Canada I could call and see?

This offer appears on the main page now, without having to put in the code.
