Problems with shipping charge
Ok, I used the B1G1 code with free shipping on my order. They had to split it due to an out of stock. They are now charging me shipping on the order and one was a box set Arrrrggghh.
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the past year. Last time I got zero response from CS. Any suggestions? Is this something that is common when they have to split a shipment?

You should call (versus e-mail) to get things corrected.

Similar thing happened to me a while back. I did a B2G2 & got free S&H. Next day my order showed "****" for prices & total. Two days later one of my "buy 1" titles was split off into another order -&- being charged S&H of $2.99. I emailed them after I received it, and they credited me back the S&H (after I replied to their "auto-response").
