Returning titles question
Ok here's my dilemma -
I submitted two different applications via the website (with different addresses). One approval e-mail came through within 24 hours - the other has not yet arrived (4 days later). I'm fairly sure the other order was lost in space. HOwever - I need the DVDs on both orders for a class I teach. If I submit another order (with the duplicate titles) - is it possible for me to return the DVDs from the original order if & when they ever arrive and cancel the membership or will I be stuck with the DVDs?

If the original order ever does get processed and shipped once you receive it don't open the package, refuse it and send it back. It may take several weeks to process, but once CH receives your package back they will credit your account and close it with no further obligation. Now, if you must open the package you have 10 days to call them and tell them you're not interested in their membership. They'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the movies to them at their expense. Once the label arrives, slap it on the box, seal it back up and ship it off.
With CH, you're almost never stuck with something you don't want. Just make sure to be curteous when you call them and you'll be taken care of.

Like I said above, you aren't obligated to keep the account open if you contact them within 10 days of receiving your enrollment package.
Make sure to call them though. It's very easy to do, I've had to do it myself a number of times due to the fact some of the "lost" applications from months ago started getting approved after 2-3 months.

As long as you call them and return the selections you are fine. I also had to do this after an application suddenly reappeared and I received a bunch of movies that I had already received through another recent account.
