CH Automated Phone Hell -- Please Help!
Someone else was recently posting in the FAQ thread about problems getting a CSR at CH. Me too!
I have a TV DVD application that I never received confirmation on but was charged on my credit card. No package yet, so I wanted to call and see if I was approved (better be since my card was charged!) and what my account number is.
Can't get anywhere on that system without an account number! I tried various methods listed in the other thread to no avail. Any suggestions?
Any other way to find out my account number? If I had that, I would know that my package is on its way.
(next time a client complains about our phone system at work, I'll just give them CH's number and let them try to get through on that!)
Oh, I did email them last night (through the website though) and got the automated response. No real response yet.

Ok, never mind. I got a call from home today that the package finally arrived (two weeks since app was submitted). I was just impatient because I never received the email.
Still not real impressed with their phone system though!
