I think this is known, but it amounts to fraud, and these apps will probably get rejected if you do so, and sure is a means to get blacklisted. I wouldn't recommend doing this.

You haven't been able to do this for AGES! If you look at the links you are referring to, there are no selection numbers in the link anymore. They are encrypted. If you can figure them out, more power to ya. But I doubt you can...
