They used to carry it, but the standalone is now OOP along with Flower of my Secret, All About My Mother, and Talk to Her. Sony will be putting Bad Education as well as the other three back in print but only as parts of the Pedro Almodovar Classics Collection(available 04/04/06, msrp $34.95).
CH doesn't list Sony titles for pre-order, but the collection is listed in AlfB's dataminer so chances are good it will show up on or around release day.
