CH money order payments
How long does it take CH to process payments made by money order? Is there a certain day that they post them?
My bro-n-law recently opened an account and he has his enrollments already. He sent a money order about 2 weeks ago and ordered 2 fulfillments during the B1G1 sale earlier this month. He ordered online. We log into his account now and the whole order is still Awaiting credit approval and nothing has shipped yet. The introductory payment has yet to be posted either.
It also appears that the $5 web discount was not applied even though I saw it on the receipt when the order went through.
