supaet, I had the same problem with the $5 discount disappearing with my last two accounts. I called them both times and the problem was fixed. You may want to go that route as the email method doesn't seem to be working for you. I just don't trust it to be handled unless someone tells me directly that it is being handled. It was pretty quick, too, without much hassle.

Call and ask for a web specialist. Also, you may need to chill a little bit. Give it time for them to properly update the website and your account. Things work a little slowly at CH. Especially with the b1g1 going on, they are probably overloaded with orders
