Booklets in DVDs

Booklets in DVDs

There are no booklets in DVDs these days?
Just received my selections and neither of them included any booklets. They still had security devices and stickers on them so I assume we still receive the regular 'store versions'.

I own The Aviator and Leon out of those, and they neither have inserts. It's up to the manufacturer to include them or not.

Most studios don't bother with inserts anymore. Warner, Universal, Paramount and Columbia Tri-Star have stopped including booklets for some time now.

It seems like that. They follow the European/Australian trend I assume. So now only Criterions have quality booklets...

My steamboy dvd from columbia house came with a special postcard/litho and an advertisment leaflet with other DVDs to order
