Studios that are not carried by CH?

I have seen several references to studios that are not carried by CH but have not found a comprehensive list. I know that Disney is no longer available. I think Miramax and 20th Century Fox are not. Can someone give a full or semi-full list of those not available? Also, any known rules on how long a title is out before available would be nice if you know it. Thanks in advance.

Miramax is a division of Disney which also includes Buena Vista and Touchstone.

Also, if you're asking about how long before titles become available as enrollment selections, I think it's 3 months.

The major studios not carried:

Buena Vista, including Walt Disney, Miramax, Dimension, Hollywood Pictures, and Touchstone
20th Century Fox
HBO
No Lucasfilm-owned titles

From the Not Yet Available for Enrollment thread:

Artisan, Columbia/Tri-Star, Paramount catalog, Universal, and Warner Bros. titles usually become available for enrollment 3 months after their release dates.

Anchor Bay, BBC, Dreamworks, Image, Lion's Gate/Trimark, New Line, MGM, and Wellspring titles usually become available after 2 months. Pre-1986 Warner Bros. titles that were acquired from MGM also become available after 2 months.

Paramount new theatrical releases usually become available after 6 months.

Thanks guys. I guess I'll have to get Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Fantastic Four elsewhere since they are 20th Century Fox.
