Email Response
I signed up for a second order yesterday afternoon at around 3 online. I have not reiceved an email from them yet at all. Typically how long should it take to get an email from them. For my first account (which I set up last March) I didn't remember it taking a long time.

CH have become so unpredictable just lately, that it's hard to say.
I have 2 accounts, both with different email addresses. On one I usually receive confirmation within 15mins, and on the other I never receive confirmation and just play the waiting game until they arrive in the mail.
You could email them at [email protected] and see what happens. But that may take a day or 2. Best bet would be to call them.

There seems to be no method to the madness at CH. Everything is a crap shoot, but most of the time things seems to work out for me.

If you're talking about initial enrollment, I've usually had to wait about 3 days. After applying late Tuesday/early Wednesday, I'll get the 'Welcome' e-mail by midday Friday. My brother just did an online app. recently and got approval within 36 hours.

Just an update on the situation. I called them this afternoon and they had no reocord even processing an application the guy I had for customer assitance was nice but I was having trouble hearing him so I decided to try processing my application online again. This time I used my family's email address. Still no luck. I made up an account with Yahoo and gave the application another try. Sure enough this one went through and I recieved confirmation within a minute. I having a feeling Columbia House and verizon.net email accounts have a problem synching up. Thanks for everyone's input.
