Free shipping?

I have not seen any mention here or in my emails from CH about free shipping - but when I put something in the cart and go to checkout, none is being added (even on my TV club account). Both are fulfilled.

Is anyone else getting this?

I can't seem to get into CH at work to try but I will definitely check when I go home. Maybe its an early halloween trick.

Me too, I see no shipping charges on my checkout screen on my newest unfulfilled account. Of course I can't get the "commitments selector" to work correctly, so I can't place my order just yet to see if it goes through. It's always something with CH.
I'll keep trying!

I got a B1G1 offer this morning, but when I follow the link I see nothing about B1G1, just the same old 60% deal, and a second DVD won't come up free in the cart. I do get a note saying that 3+ items gets free shipping, though it seems to work even with just one item. A few boxed sets did come up as unusually cheap, too, without any other purchase. Crazy. The code is 806011 if anyone wants to have a go. Supposedly expires 11/10.

806111 won't work for me on my unfulfilled account either. I'd really love to find an active code though, as I'm ready to fulfill this account and close it out.

Free shipping seems to be working for me too, as long as I put three items in the cart. Star Trek Nemisis @ $5 (deal of day) seems to be the cheapest way to add a third. Are there any others at that price?

You can get free shipping when you place an order over the phone if you buy 5 or more dvd's.

That's the best right now.

I just got one hell of a deal: Gladiator ext. ed. $22.77, batman begins deluxe ed. $12.48, batman se. $10.97 and batman returns se $10.97. All with free shipping and no tax!

Anybody who got the b1g1 email can click on it to get free shipping even if you only buy 1 dvd and you also get free shipping on boxsets which can save you at least $5.99 or a total of $15 for a large order.

How in the world did you get those prices, esp. for the BB deluxe ed? These don't come up for either my DVD club or ch.com accounts, and neither does free shipping (except on ch.com, of course). Inquiring minds want to know!

Hmmm...I was able to add just Nemesis by itself and get free shipping:

Code:
Star Trek: Nemesis 282670 Pending $4.95
	                                Subtotal $4.95
		                        Shipping & Processing $0.00
		                        Tax $0.41

		                        Total $5.36
Now it has been listed as "Pending" for a couple of days, so I don't know if it's in some kind of limbo state or if they just got a bunch of orders in, but there you are. This is a fulfilled account, and I didn't enter any special codes.

There are a bunch of other $4.95 titles in the "DVDs Under $10" link; not any that I'd be interested in seeing even for that price though. CH seems to have picked up a bunch of low-end movies since the last time I poked around.

It might not work on all accounts, but I received an email from ch titled " Now Available For Pre-Order: Wedding Crashers (Unrated) & More!" and in that email there is a blue box on top left hand corner saying "GET A FREE DVD...
When you Buy 1 at the regular price of $19.95 or higher!
Start Shopping Now exp: 11/10/05 details".
When I click on that and start adding the titles even pre-orders come out at half price and with free shipping!
I just did another order for Titanic 3 disc SE for $17.97 and once again no shipping. I REALLY gotta stop ordering now

I too received the Wedding Crashers e-mail, however my offer was,

"DVDs up to 50% off! when you buy one priced 19.95 or higher.... Start Shopping Now exp: 11/10/05 details..."

so it looks like I'm out of luck as of now.

Couple quick questions:

1. Does anyone actually have the six digit number associated with the B1G1 deal? I followed my link (from the e-mail), but I wasn't able to find the code associated with my deal. Is there a way to do that?

2. Those of you that received the e-mail, have you received CH's monthly mailings for this month, and if so, did you have the B1G1 offer in that mailing?

3. Finally, has anyone received this e-mail on an unfulfilled account, or is everyone using these on fulfilled accounts only?

It was the "deal of the day" that is why you got free shipping on that dvd alone.

Last night, my account said nothing about free shipping but it showed up at checkout. Tonight, the "details" of my offer show free shipping for three, but checkout still applies shipping charges. CH....

I can confirm this ... free shipping (on 3 discs) is back!!!

Just drop 3 items in your cart. In my case, I picked up Batman Begins 2-disc set, plus Basket Case & Airplane 2 (both $14.95 films for 1/2 price @ $7.48 each), and shipping was a big $0.00.

However, keep in mind the only reason I split up this order into a single fulfillment, rather than try to stuff 2 into the shopping cart is because anything I add gets knocked down to 1/2 price, and the "add 1 more fulfillment" option isn't working. So, if you're OK with picking up some $14.95 titles while the B1G1-1/2 sale is still in effect, then that should be no problem. Otherwise, you can try to call it in, so that the operator can override the price deduction on a 2nd fulfillment disc.

1. Not AFAIK, but one person mentioned 807770 in the offer code thread, but it didn't wok on my fulfilled or unfulfilled account.

2. In my monthly mailing it said free shipping when you buy 3 or more DVDs, but when I clicked on the aforementioned email I got free shipping on less than 3 and also boxsets which AFAIK has NEVER happened before.

3. I didn't receive the same email for my unfulfilled account no.

I have never been able to pull out a code from an e-mail link; don't even know if it is still supposed to be possible.

I got the regular mailing and I have BOGOF and free shipping for three on my fulfilled account. It is possible that these offers are only being applied to fulfilled accounts. Does anyone with an unfulfilled account have these offers?

For me the deals aren't useful on a fulfilled account.

^ It was working on both of my unfulfilled accounts the first day. Since then, neither of them give me the free shipping upon checkout. I didn't pull the trigger because a) I like to let CH "stabilize" before moving forward on these specials and b) I was hoping for a combo free shipping plus B1G1 or % off. I can wait....

As of right now the free shipping on 3 or more selections still works on my unfulfilled account. Th weird and wonderful thing about this free shipping deal is that it includes everything from normal DVDs to multiple disc boxsets

I'm not getting the BOGOF or the free shipping. Is there another code besides 807770? I tried that one and it didn't work on either of my unfulfilled accounts.
