I still have'nt received one of my B1G1 orders. I ordered a TV set and got a regular movie for free. It's still in the "outstanding orders" section of my order history; but i've been billed for it on my CC way back on August 9th.

I tried calling CH, the rep put me on hold for 15 minutes and then came back and told me that the "people" in charge of my account were on the other lines and they would have to call me back.

I don't know if this has to do with ordering some of their 99 cent DVD's or not. Has anyone else that ordered the 99 cent DVD"S, later tried calling CH and being told someone "special" is handling your account? And if spo what is it about?

From what I've read here on the forum you should be careful ordering more than 2 copies of any DVD title. At worst you can supposedly be blacklisted by CH, but you'll probably be alright if they don't see a repetitive pattern.

Yes. This is my take on the experiences reported here also.

I'm in the same boat, I have two (different) .99 titles in "outstanding" from the B1G1 still unshipped. I'm doubting anything will happen to them as they've sat there almost a month. I have a feeling a call in would only get me blacklisted...
