I placed a FC order last week on 4/20 for 3 titles(I was one of the lucky ones to get CH to honor their old FC scale because the new terms didn't actually start until the 21st). I also found out I was a "preferred member" or whatever they call it and can cash in funcash anytime. Wish I did try this sooner, but it all worked out in the end anyway.

I never rec'd a confirmation email of the order.
On 4/21,my CC was charged for the shipping.
On 4/22,I got an email that the order was sent on the 22nd.
On 4/27,I got the dvds,7 days total.

$26 left, what to do with it now? hmmm...
