Just want chime in with my thanks as well, OP.

Fulfilled with Looney Tunes Golden Vol. 2 for $48.71 since a 40% boxset sale drops it to 1 fulfillment and picked up 8 1/2 for essentially $1.99 shipping.

The $52.69 fulfillment after shipping and Webdvd coupon added to the LMT $12.89 enrollment gives a grand total of $65.58 broken out as follows:

$5.87 x 7 enrollments
$22.50 Looney Tunes Golden 2 (relative price)
$1.99 8 1/2 Criterion (shipping)

I can definitely live with that :)

Once the account registers the fulfillment, I'll be hitting up the Oscar sale next.

I am confused, so what price did you pay for Looney Tunes?

Sorry for the confusion. I paid $48.71 + $6.99 shipping for the Looney Tunes Golden Collection. 8 1/2 Criterion was free + $1.99 shipping. After the $5 Webdvd coupon the entire fulfillment order was $52.69.

The $22.50 price for the Looney Tunes Collection is the relative price of the boxset after you subtract the value of your enrollment titles and any other dvds. Lizard explains the process of determining the relative boxset value in this thread.

My enrollments and fulfillment for this account($12.89 + $52.69) came to a total of $65.58. The per dvd price of an enrollment for an optomized LMT account is $5.87 or thereabouts. So I subtracted $5.87 x 7(value of enrollments) and the $1.99 shipping for the Criterion from my $65.58 total to get the relative price of my boxset.

It's just a theoretical price, but it gives you an idea of how much you're saving by ordering at CH versus elsewhere.

Edit: spelling & (hopefully) clarity

Thanks for the code OP! I just fulfilled an LMT account with:

The Ben Stiller Show $20.21
The Third Man: The Criterion Collection $29.95 (w/ $5 web discount)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Collector's Edition $0.00

Subtotal $50.16
Shipping & Processing $6.97
Tax $0.00
Total $57.13

Thanks again for the code, jkernea! To finish up my last commitment, I went with "The Best Of Abbott & Costello: Volume 3"(which has A&C Meet Frankenstein etc.) and "Don Knotts Reluctant Hero Pack" for a Grand Total price of $27.08. BTW, CH prices A&C Vol.3 at $20.21 which makes it a reasonable fullfillment title just by itself(DDD sells it for $19.49).

I used this code twice on my DV2 account. It accepted the code, but the orders do not appear in my Order History. It might be because I ordered on Saturday and Sunday.

j-bo 03-07-05 08:24 AM

After not being able to make it choose all 3 as fullfillments and the 4th as "free". I went the easy route.

Made 3 orders with the code.
One at $19.95 one free and so on. Fulfilled my account and got 3 free dvd's!

Did the prices show correcty in your shopping cart? When I try to use codes from the regular club in DV2 I only see **** for the price. I tried placing an order once, but it was rejected.

SFranke 03-07-05 08:36 AM

I also saw **** for the prices. I hope you're saying that your order wasn't rejected.

jmoneta 03-07-05 08:47 AM

Ooops... fixed

iconoclasm 03-07-05 09:44 AM

When you first log into your account, there will be your current offer listed at the top center of the screen. At the end of the offer details, there will be a link that states, "Looking for the offer in your mailing?". Click that link and a pop-up will appear. Enter the code in the pop-up window and click go.:)

I just called CH regarding my DV2 order. The CSR said my first order would ship out but she couldn't find the other one which was placed on Sunday. Both orders are now in my Order History, but all the prices and the Funcash earned are replaced by asterisks. I hope it all works out.

I did that for a little while and came up with some usless codes. I also think some get mailers and emails that others do not get.

edit: Here is a good example of a code I find useless.

6 digits. all numbers. ;)

can usually find 2 or 3 near each other when you find one though.

Don't know if it still hold true, but the 6 digit codes use to be the 4+2 scenario. The 4 denoted the "offer" series & the 2 was the current representation of it for the time frame(month, week, etc).

As I was going thru the codes for "8541" (I stopped @ 29), the "offer" scenario didn't seem to hold true anymore. I found 2-3 "B1Gx" for 50% off codes in addition to the 10% off code. The B1G1 code later on throws that(scenario) for a loop.

Keith123 03-08-05 04:18 PM

I just received my first order from CH using "854198" and they sent me the wrong DVD. Instead of "Pink Floyd: The Wall" as my freebie, they sent "Category 6: Day of Destruction"- that TV disaster movie with Nancy Mckeon and Randy Quaid. I will call them tomorrow to try and clear it up(I think the day crew is better with problems?) as I assume this was an accident and that CH will honor the original deal. BTW, the title I paid for, "Leon: the Professional deluxe", came without cardboard slip cover.
