I would call in a talk to a CSR and explain your problem and see if they can straighten it out for you.

Is this just for fullfilled accounts? I tried fulfilling a 3 commitment account and wasn't given free shipping. However, when I went to another account that I fullfilled a couple of days ago (by clicking through the link in the email) I was given free shipping.

-edit- hmmm, it would appear you have to go to the site through the link in the email...

Well, since shipping is free, then there would be no problem in just placing two orders for one title each.
There you go, commitment filled.

I dont think you have to go through the link in your mail. In my case, I copied the code and place it in the "Looking for the offer in your mailings" or something in my account page. It worked fine on both unfulfilled accounts (one is 3 and one is 2). It also give me commitments for the 3-for-25 deal

I don't see a code in e-mails I received for this sale on either of my accounts (the fulfilled account has a sale including 50% off, the unfulfilled account 40%). Where exactly was the code you're talking about? How many digits? What was it???

The code is: 801364 posted by nrose101 in another thread. I tried it on an old and a recent unfulfilled account. It worked fine.
By the way, nrose101, why dont you tried your code to see if you can choose 2 commitments.

That code produces the 40% sale on my unfufilled account, just like using the e-mail link I got for that account. I was hoping to find a code that would give me the 50% sale like on my other account, save a couple bucks on fulfilling this account. No big deal. Maybe the website knows it's an unfulfilled account and just won't give me 50% no matter what. Thanks anyway!

Nah, I should have made it clear I have free shipping, just looking for 50% off instead of 40% on that 3rd title. I'm sorry. Anyway, thanks for helping out with the code!

Anyone know how to get the $5 discount with this 48hour free shipping deal? Reason I ask, If I log in through the email offer, I get the free shipping but not the $5 off. If I log in via ch.com/webdvd I get the $5 off but no free shipping.

Anyone know??

You have to go through the webdvd address to get the $5 off. Click on the other offer code and enter 801364. This should give you free shipping along with the $5 off deal.

Doesn't work for me. Got "We're sorry! We don't recognize the online code you entered. Please re-enter the code or shop with the offer on your Member Card for great savings."

I picked pre-order items: LOTR: ROTK Extended Edition $29.96 and Harry Potter and TPOA $19.95.

Got $5 off by going through columbiahouse.com/webdvd , but couldn't get code 801364 to work.

Total comes to: $49.91 - 5 + 8.98 S&H + 4.65 Tax = $58.54.

I just called in a CSR and told her that the 3 for 25 sale wasnt working with shipping for some reason.

She called the Web department, and then said that she would give me free shipping.

I could not get the web discount, but I ordered 12 movies, so that saved $15 in shipping!

try calling a CSR.

Please be aware that the six digit "on-line code" won't work on your account unless the sale offer is the current or next one due on your account. These codes don't work for everyone like the enrollment codes.

If you're having trouble changing the number of discs you want to count towards your commitment, try disabling any internet security software you have running. This works for me. Just remember to enable it again when you're done.
