has anyone bothered to figure out just exactly what foreign titles CH carries? I've noticed a few, but not many....but i'm wondering if i'm just missing them.

they have, for instance, the crappy 400 Blows (the release is crappy, not the movie ), and that seems to be it for Truffaut, i.e. no Day for Night etc. I think they carry the recently released The Damned and Blow Up, and the Ran MW edition.

but what else? I'm interested in anything at all....my wish list is very long, and i'm also always looking to try out new things....i think it would be nice to have a complete list....which I can maintain in this first post if y'all care to add to it.....it doesn't have to be foreign language either (a la Whale Rider)....Australian flicks would work too, for instance.

And I didn't know they were carrying Persona - now I know what will be in my next enrollment package (when it becomes available anyway...)

Did they get Death in Venice in addition to Blow Up and the Damned? I don't recall.....

Too bad Amelie and Cinema Paradiso are no longer available, as I love both those titles.

Thinking of picking up Millenium Actress.... Anyone have any recommendations as to other titles the list as a blind buy? I've seen most of the HK titles on there, but other than that, the rest are all new to me.

Hey guys i have a couple more to add to the list. I've tried to add a link to IMDB. most of these are in spanish but they are either released by a mainstream distributor such as fox, columbia etc. and all have inglish subs. Many of the ones released by Xenox do not have subs. Non on these to follow are those no name ones that probably non of us have heard of but rather mainstream movies. I will try to add both the spanish title and the english translation. Many of those released by Vanguard, have versions with spanish covers and some have english covers but all are identical.

Now. my question is as follows. Obviously they carry some Vanguard stuff, and some of those Fox "Cine Latino" Collection DVDs. How come they don't carry the others from the same label/distributor? I would love to have all the DVDs released by FOX in their Cinema Latino Collection, especially those from the last wave, which includes a couple of good movies from Spain. Anyone have any clue? thanks. hope this little list helps.

All those numbers are valid as of yesterday. For all of last week most if not all were not there, i had to call them in and they were on the system and they gave me the numbers but they wouldn't show up on the website, but as of yesterday they are there because i had to look them up on the site to get the number.
