About two weeks ago I ordered Full Metal Jacket as an enrollment on the web and got the remastered version.

Ah, I see. Full Metal Jacket is available on go.columbiahouse.com (aka chdvd.com). However, this is not the main enrollment site at www.columbiahouse.com. The selection at go.columbiahouse.com is very limited, so we never use that one. At the www.columbiahouse.com enrollment site, FMJ is NOT available.

CH has phased out their HBO titles. They were getting rid of whatever inventory they had, but unfortunately they're not getting any more. We should've noticed something when they didn't get in My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

D-Ball,

You can add West Side Story: $29.95: 2811107 to the phone only list

Keep up the good work. Your efforts are appreciated.

D-Ball,

I think it's time to take Sex and the City - First Season off the list. Despite repeated tries, I have been unable to order it for the last two weeks.

Just wanted some clarification:

Is this just speculation b/c the regular one was added to the enrollment list, or has this actually been verified over the phone?

I just placed an enrollment order over the phone about 10 minutes ago. Gave her the Red Dragon: Director's Edition selection number, and she confirmed it was the DE and not the normal 1 disc. So... game on

What is the best code to use for a Phone order??

I've heard that most CSRs won't take the 23ED code

The DD* codes are the best for phone orders.

Hmmm. Strange. I used the 23E code on a phone enrollment this morning and the CSR didn't hesitate. Hope it goes through!

According to the FAQ, the DD* codes are dead? Why does the FAQ say they are dead?

Heh. I thought that paranoia was over by now. There is no proven relation between posting a code here and it expiring.

Email me if you need a dd* type code.

I thought the Terminator 2: Ultimate Edition was available through the phone. Did they discontinue to carry the DVD?

I believe it is now OOP, with the Extreme Edition already released.

you know you can delete a post right? I don't believe people still don't know about this feature.

My mistake, I sent a message to coclint with the code requested and got mixed up in my response to you. Since you got my post above I am going to delete my previous posts.
