For fans/collectors of 1980s horror films, Walmart.com has Alone in the Dark in stock for $8.38 with the ship-to-store free shipping.

I waited until I received mine to make sure it wasn't a mistake and I wouldn't end up with the 2005 film of the same name, and it is indeed the OOP 1982 version. I've seen it sell for roughly the same price used on ebay, but usually it goes for double and currently a new version is listed on Amazon for $49.99 and the cheapest used is $37.

It's a great entertainment if you like this sort of thing--and I know some of you do!

I like this movie and I own the dvd, but I had no idea it was OOP.

I remember this title was on a 4-film compilation DVD a few years back, but that seems to be OOP too.

I was lucky enough to find a copy used at a local record store for $6 over the weekend.
