BagsUnlimited.com Has clear cases for 4, 6 ,8, & 10 DVD discs! They are 27mm at the spine for the 8 disc case & 33mm at the spine for the 10 Disc case.. I have held off on purchasing as I was able to get an email address for CBS/Paramount and ask for them to replace my cases at no charge...we'll see. But this place has them and they are not to expensive BUT you HAVE to buy a minimum of 2 each FYI- Sounds though by your info, if correct, NO OFFENSE INTENDED, that they might not fit in the box huh???

Obviously, the best solution will be if Paramount will replace the cases. Hopefully, you will let us know if you are successful, although I'm not holding out much hope they will.

The Bags Unlimited option is not too bad, as you can buy as few as you like, instead of minimum increments of ten at many other vendors. The 27mm will probably fit okay, but the 33mm 10 disc case I think most definitely will not fit. Of course, if you wish to just store the disks without the outer case, then it won't be an issue.

I encourage all those that got cracked cases to email them and ask for replacements so they can be well aware of this problem with these cheap ass cases and replace them for you on their dime!!!

Started watching the five episodes that are supposed to be problematic (audio, music, or playback issues). Have watched about 2/3 of one of the 'playback issues' episodes (supposed to skip)...so far, so good. Hopefully, we got a batch with corrected discs even if the cases are poo.

Just got my email from them stating I should have my replacement cases in approx. 2 weeks!

Emailed them last night, too. But no reply yet, as of today.

FYI...Stay on them!!! it took me 2 or 3 emails to get a response BUT when I did I had success!

Took two emails here as well. But they got back to me. Asked for pics and just a couple hours after I sent those, they replied they would be getting the cases soon and would e-mail me when they sent them out.

The matter won't really be over until I get the cases and there are no problems with them- but I gotta say I'm impressed with how (relatively) speedy and painless their response has been.
At least I'm sufficiently comfortable to now go and try to sell off my half season sets.

I wrote them about the three GOMER PYLE cases I received trashed from Deep Discount. They responded wanting to know the ISBN numbers and where I purchased the sets from. That's all I've heard so far.

Got my replacement cases today...all in perfect condition...But they also sent with them another 2nd outer case with no plastic cases in it, BUT 4 sheets of paper listing the episodes on them, which I never got in the original set!!! VERY WIERD!! But now its all good!

Same here. VERY impressed with CBS/Paramount's response to this.

OOPS...just went to change the disc over and found they didn't send a 10 disc case along, just four 8 disc cases.

I received 2 outer boxes as well. The paper listings are the covers for each season. Mine weren't damaged so I'll probably just toss them.

did you get at least one 10 disc case or four 8 disc ones?

I just checked. I actually got 4 ten-disc cases.

I got 3 - 10 disc cases and 1- 8 disc case! Either way I agree that they handled this very well and were very quick to act!

Just got this in from secondspin.com, even though I thought I'd get a used one, I got a new one. $60.50 + s/h on there, but when I bought mine they had 30% off coupon + free s/h so got it for $44.88 shipped. Now I just have to get the corrected discs and replacement cases from PARAMOUNT.

Isn't there a corrected set with the newer replaced disks?
