AMZN Black Adder Remastered Ultimate Edition $30.49
For anyone who's interested. Amazon recently dropped the price on Black Adder Remastered to $30.49. According to a price tracking website, the last time it was nearly that price was around Oct/Nov 2011. Lowest it's been this year was $43 in Jan and had been around $57 before the price drop.

the notes i have saved on this:

The only thing missing from this ‘Ultimate Boxset' is the unaired original pilot. Shot in 1982, this first pilot has a different actor in the role of Baldrick, and features, apparently, an Edmund Blackadder much closer to the one seen in the second season, as opposed to the irritating Mr Bean-like Edmund we got. It's a pity the BBC chose not to include this - it's the missing piece from an otherwise very complete set.

Unfortunately, there are a few additional scenes out there (at least five) that aren't included on these discs, which is a let-down for completists, but they aren't know as must-haves for any reason.
There's in fact much more not included than just the unaired pilot. There's a interview with Terry Wogan (another one for Children in Need), the Royal Gardner ad, as well as two blooper compilations, and short sketches done live, like The Army Years, The King's Birthday. It's apparently the team who stop this, not the BBC.
