And about the "wrong area" ..my asking price was a bargain.. I was asking half of what amazon is going for, much less other sites.

Must not be in too high demand, as it's been on your "fingertips" for over a month now.

By "wrong area", SethDLH means there is an exchange forum that you're supposed to sell personal items in. The Bargains Forum is for retail store or internet store bargains. But of course you were told this before already... -ohbfrank-

The cheaper disc are re-issue's not the limited edition boxset that collector's are looking for. I base the asking price on what it is worth. I'm not making-up anything and damn sure not arguing w/anyone. And your the one that brought-up bootleg's. "Right thing??"

I bet you have a copy of the original Criterion pressing of Salo that you're trying to sell for $500 because it's super rare.

A true hardcore collection knows that combining the terms "limited edition" and "anchor bay " are a joke as they always release way more items than what a true limited edition product is. You can always find their limited edition products online, years after it's been released. It's not something like the blu-ray of Fright Night which is really a limited edition.

That's where some people get confused about an item's worth. You know how you go to stores that sell out of date junk or a garage sale and they have some item they've priced really high because it's hard to find but made obsolete by a newer model? That's the issue with a lot of these replaced items people try to sell at amazon.

See, normal stores put things like this on clearance because nobody is going to buy them at a high price.

An item's worth is only what someone is willing to pay for it. If you're the only person selling an item and you've priced it at a million dollars, if nobody buys it, it's not worth a million dollars. It's only worth what people pay for it.

Well get you a flux-capacitator from Mcfly and make sure it's not set to 1985 but in 2002 and you will see it in the cellophane, but do not open it or you will alter this threads future.

Hey I have 5 or so copies of that "Planet 51" gift set that came w/a lunch sack.. I bet you all could use that, but then again you most likely never had anyone that cared enough to pack you a lunch.. you can really tell. All that corn-syrup/pink-slime from Mckey-D's & Taco Bell etc has affected your brain function. I'm DONE and will not be back to this thread.

It must have been one hell of a deal for you to actually buy something from this asshole. Now don't be surprised when you get a box of his feces in the mail. :)

I used my amex card to pay for it, so it's easy enough to dispute if there's an issue. I also didn't spend much, so there's that angle as well.

If I get feces, I'll post a picture.

Try 10 yrs (released in 2002). Sold an unsealed one for 2 bills a few yrs back and just drug these sealed ones out-of storage.

Exactly, you "drug" it out of storage and been trying to sell it here for over a month. If you can't sell it here, of all places, you know that your price is too high, or what you're selling is crap.

I bought Naked You Die and The Freakmaker from him and they both shipped out today.

The only suggestion for him selling in the future is to use stamps.com for shipping. For sending orders out from ebay, they don't make you get the monthly subscription and you can get first class shipping with a tracking number for around $2.

Much cheaper than going through the post office.

He finally broke one of us and made a sale. I guess that's why he's vanished. Should we thank Peeps for helping get rid of the asswipe or condemn him for surrendering? Did we win the battle and lose the war?
