I really don't know bro.. Maybe it's because I brought the "buy now" price down. Did way better than I thought I would, considering the odds though.

Maybe that's a good idea since no one bid on it.

It does. There's nothing extra on that edition that isn't on the cheaper BU edition.

OK, let me get this right.. I've been reading this forum since I joined on August 1st, 2011 and you want to say I'm just here to "pedal", spam or something???
Wow, you've been here six whole months -- you're practically an old timer.

You do realize we can look into your profile and see every message you've posted, and while you may've joined in August, you didn't post anything until you started this thread, and the only other thread you've posted in, you bumped just to say something that didn't actually warrant a bump -- classic spammer behavior.

I would also think that brain surgery would pay well enough that you wouldn't have to spam your wares.

Oh, and I forgot the reason it maybe cheaper is because when I viewed the BU edition of Fulci's "Zombie" the print was great but the Anchor Bay release sound/mix was better.

I know, right, time flies..

Yes I realize you can do all these things and I never said anything to the contrary. What was the "other thread" I posted in "that didn't actually warrant a bump?" I thought I posted in a few other threads too.

This is the dvd bargain section, right? "Post and Discuss DVD Related Bargains" -I'm not trying to be ugly, but this seemed like the appropriate part of the forum to "Post and Discuss DVD Related Bargains."

How would you distinquish what would warrant a bump or not? Seriously, I'm used to selling records and tapes on other forums to collector's. Maybe I should consider using my wife's ebay account, for the movies, because of the whole chivalry-female/schoolgirl drama.. I have much more movies I want to list on ebay.. I love these movies, but just don't have the time anymore to watch'em.

No, "Do CD-Rs go bad?" is the only other thread you've posted in.

Yes, for bargains you find at reliable etailers, not to pimp your own ebay auctions -- people who plug their own business are what's known in common parlance as "spammers." In any case, four DVDs for $149.99 that are available from Half.com for $89.99 are not a bargain.

You bump threads when there's news related to them. When someone asks a question, it's answered and the thread dies within a week, you don't need to bump it to add your own view, which doesn't actually add anything to the discussion.

Then why don't you have more feedback on ebay?

Because I haven't used that account in 2 years. Thanks/appreciate the info..Will take it into consideration next-time. It's hard for me to decide on a starting bid because I've sold deleted tapes, cds and records for up to a hundred dollars or more.. not familiar at all with oop movies though.. Do you know of any straight-up ebay-friendly forums for hardcore collector's?? I just know of a few, but I'm looking for more. I have stacks of out-of-print/deleted items taking-up too much space and storage area I need for audio equipment.

I can't believe this has gone on for so long.

I highly doubt anyone is going to give you anything close to what you're looking for when every one of those movies can be found individually (with the same content) for much much cheaper.

In the case of Iris, they're the same sound and print. The only difference is the menu.

I agree. "The Giallo Collection (2002) 4-Disc Box-Set" is a deleted/out-of-print collectible though, bottom line..end-of-story..Why some can't understand that is beyond me.. collectors are interested in the yellow/giallo colored boxset. I took the ebay link out of my profile.

Thanks again, MisterPeepers. That "difference" matters to some collector's.

I'd like to hear of one. Nobody bid on the auction, so I can't imagine there's that many out there. No offense.

I don't see anyone saying they have to have the Anchor Bay version because the menu is different than Blue Underground.
