Price Check In-store Deals
During the promotional period (see below), we are offering through the Price Check by Amazon application ("Price Check") a discount based off the Amazon Price as an introduction to sharing in-store advertised prices with us. In-store price submission and location confirmation are optional.

To Receive Your Discount

• Use the Price Check App with the location services enabled on your mobile device. See below for information on enabling your mobile device's location services.
• While you are out shopping, you may optionally provide the Price Check App the in-store advertised price of a qualifying product in the eligible product categories (Electronics, Toys, Sports, Music, and DVDs).
• Place a qualifying product into the shopping cart within the Price Check App.
• Within twenty-four (24) hours of placing a qualifying product in your Price Check App shopping cart, complete your purchase from any Amazon channel (Price Check App, Amazon website, or other Amazon apps). If you do not make your purchase within this time period, the discount will expire.
• Your discount of 5% off Amazon's Price (up to a maximum of $5.00*), will be automatically applied at checkout within the Price Check App.

*Discounted price will not result in a price less than zero.

• 1.This promotion starts 9:00 pm (PST) December 9, 2011 and ends 11:59 pm (PST) December 10, 2011.
• 2.Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
• 3.The discount does not apply to taxes, gift wrap, shipping, or other fees.
• 4.Limit three (3) discounts per customer and customer account.
• 5.This discount may not be combined with other offers.
• 6.Limit one discount per eligible product.
• 7.If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, the offer will be invalid.
• 8.Void where prohibited.

Sharing Prices with Us
If you want to submit in-store prices on the product pages of Price Check while you are out shopping, use Price Check on your Android Phone with "Location Services" (in your mobile device's Settings menu) enabled for Price Check.

The advertised in-store prices you submit (at your option) in Price Check help ensure the best prices possible to all Amazon customers.

See "Allowing Price Check to Use Your Current Location" below to start sharing prices. If you don't see the option to share prices but you have allowed us to see your location and you are shopping at a retail store, please call Customer Service at (800) 383-7068.


Allowing Price Check to Use Your Current Location

On Your iPhone

In order to submit prices, "Location Services" (in your mobile device's Settings menu) must be turned on for Price Check on your iPhone. You can turn on "Location Services" for Price Check from the Settings icon on your home screen.

Once you have turned on "Location Services" for Price Check, the next time you start Price Check you will be asked to allow Price Check to see your current location.

Click "OK" in order to submit prices to your location-enabled Price Check.

On Your Android Phone

In order to submit prices to us, you must enable Price Check to use your location on your mobile phone. To enable Price Check to use your location, go to the menu in the app, click "More," then "Location Settings." Make sure the box is checked for "Use your location to share local in-store prices."
