I jumped on Ally McBeal with another order (never having seen a single episode) because I've heard so many positive things about it. I hope I don't regret it. That is... if FoxConnect actually ships these orders instead of cancelling them because we weren't supposed to use the coupon or saying they are out of stock.

I'm so tempted to pick up Buffy for $46 shipped. I've spent sooo much between the Criterion sale and the BF sales. Buffy is streaming on Netflix...so I'm trying to make the smart choice and save the dough.

Funny thing though..on paypal check out it was showing "grand total" of $31.96, as if it was going to charge me some kinda tax, but acttually was only charged $30.00

Are there any items on their site cheaper than $3.98 as a filler to hit $40 for the coupon? I found 3 more $13 sets and need just $1 more.

It had those coupons listed from the beginning. Note that it doesn't say we can't use "Balance" (yet). Wait... it does say this (just noticed): "or any other promotional offer". So I'm afraid they will cancel orders (the cynical part of me says especially since I've spent almost an hour going through the titles and placing a few orders, so I'd be out an hour of time). I'm just hoping for the best. I'd like to reorder a few of the titles without the coupon, but by the time they decide to cancel everything will be OOS and it'll be a big 0 for me.

EDIT: This has now made front page on Slickdeals. It's only a matter of time before everything's OOS and FoxConnect notices thousands of orders using the same coupon. I guess it was inevitable. I did 3 orders and I'm done. As they say on SD "in for 3 cancellations".

The funny thing is, I almost feel like I'm overpaying for Raising Hope. Suddenly $13 for a DVD season sounds expensive! But with the coupons, my average is AWESOME! $72 for 9 seasons (3 of which were BD seasons), exactly $8 each. WOW!

Even without the coupon there are some great deals. I checked out with Amazon and I think you can leave feedback for these kind of transactions. They are going to be up the creek with their feedback if they start canceling orders
