Re: Target Media Prices (April 17th - 23rd, 2011)
Ordered Walking Dead and Justified S1 from Amazon last night before I saw this thread. I'll have to drop by Target tonight to pick up Spartacus (Amazon is not price matching this one) and check out what else they've got that wasn't in the ad.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I got Spartacus on Tuesday, and blind-bought Castle S2 as an Easter present for my ma. She likes Bones and Firefly, so it seemed like a good fit.

Y'know, a post about buying gladiator movies and presents for my mom doesn't come across as the most heteronormative thing in the world.

I picked up the following yesterday:
- Red (2010) - Special Edition $5.99
- The Hurt Locker (2008) $5.99 (cheapest I've seen this for, even online!)
- Premonition (2007) $3.74
I usually don't pay more than $5 for a single movie, but since neither of them were blind buys and we liked them I figured what's an extra dollar.
Wish they had "The Last Song" as that would've made a great Mother's Day gift for $5.99.

Target felt like Big Lots with these prices -
Rambo (2008) $3.74 - usually would get the Blu, but for $3.74, the DVD is fine.
Bell, Book, and Candle $3.74 - 1958 romantic comedy, a blind buy, but an impressive cast (Lemmon, Kovacs, Stewart, Kim Novak).
Step by Step - Television Favorites - $5 - Surprised to see this there. It's been OOP for awhile and unavailable from most online retailers for awhile. Online third party prices range from $15 on up. I really liked this show as a kid - good nostalgia. I grabbed the last one.

Archer, Parks and Rec S2 and Walking Dead for $10 lured me in. Coke 12 packs (picked up Cherry Dr Pepper too) for $2.50 just made me want to cry for joy as well. <3 Target this week.

Well, finally got there yesterday....I saw TONS of stuff on sale, endcaps with some $3.99 BR, and many 3.99, $5.99 Non BR discs....but didn't see any $3.74 DVDs. Bell Book and Candle was listed at $7.50(don't know why I didn't do a price check on it) Did some stores not have $3.74 DVD's???
