No, what you may be thinking of is that there are episodes they couldn't get the rights from the guest stars to release on commercial DVD. I believe these episodes are available on the [adult swim] website where you can put together a burn on demand disc.

That's exactly what I was thinking, these discs are edited in that episodes are missing.

Volume 4 and Volume 5 are only available from the Adult Swim Shop. If you buy them both you get $7 off.
