No. As long as you see the box in the middle of the screen saying Cashback 20% or something like that while it loads the website, you're good. It won't appear in the Bing account until you actually pick up the BB order, however.

You're right, I'm not seeing it with lcd tv now... Use "3-D tv" instead. Sometimes it is on the top, sometimes it is on the right hand side, but it should be in the search results somewhere...

How long does it usually take for you to see it in your account as pending once you pick up an order?

Well, they say up to 3 days, but Bing is usually very fast. However, I haven't received any CB from yesterday yet. My two orders today posted within 15 minutes of the order being placed. If it doesn't show up within 3 days, you can contact them via their website, and they will ask you to forward the confirmation email to them. They are good about posting missing cashback. But hopefully it will post within 3 days so you don't need to...

Confirmation email from... Best Buy or Bing? Because obviously I got my purchase email from Best Buy but I don't think I ever received anything from Bing.

For Best Buy orders, I get emails from Bing within 15 minutes practically every time. I placed 3 BB orders yesterday, and received all 3 emails from Bing confirming my cashback within 15 minutes. Other stores do not process as quickly, but BB does. I always pick-up in-store in case that matters. Perhaps if you are having yours shipped, it won't process until it ships...
