Just an FYI, the UK BDs for Disney, including Dumbo, are Region B (sometimes B and C) locked. Pixar BD titles, save for Wall-E and I think Ratatouille, should be Region-free.
It goes without saying any DVDs would be PAL and likely Region 2/5.
