Looks like it might be a temporary web only thing, as I'm sure that someone else would be matching if it was $10 in their weekly flyer.

Best Buys policy states they have to price match their website, unless it specifically states online only on the site. They have done this for me quite a few times so on Tuesday I will have them price match if it is still $9.99 online.

I remember around the end on last year Walmart was doing that for some specific new releases for pre-order only. In store prices were of course different. Just to be safe I'll do the in-store pickup when it becomes available.
