Geez, why are they doing the same items they did last year? Disappointing! Oh well, if they continue it like this then I won't have to spend any money at all seeing as I bought nearly everything last year!

I really wish that along with the complete series sets they priced the individual seasons to a comparable price as well. I really want to get The Wire, and I'm waiting for it to drop to $20 a season or less, but I don't want to buy the complete series set, which I'm sure will be included in this sale, but the individual seasons will not.

Picked up Sopranos and Deadwood so far. Already had Six Feet Under. I hate the cover art on the Sopranos set but oh well. I wonder what they'll be offering up tomorrow.

Amazon had a lightning deal on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Complete Seasons 1-6, in fall 2009 for just under $80. Like another post mentioned, this week's lightning deals are not lower than previous lightning deal prices on the same items.

True, though for me I've waited years for Six Feet Under and Curb Your Enthusiasm and with a little money in my pocket, it's time to go ahead and finally pick 'em up.

So far meh deals.. the six feet under set every few months can be found much cheaper, the curb was at a horrible price seeing as they go on sell for under 10 each all the time and the OZ set going now for 90.. no thanks they go on sale for 12.99-14.99 alot
the sopranos was decent but overall crummy deals, especially that much for the new crappy SFU complete set, package is awful and disc gets scratched easily.

I'm curious as to where you currently see new copies of "Curb" for under $10.00. The lowest price for "Curb" Season One, for example, among Amazon sellers seems to be 14.98, and that doesn't include shipping charges.

Actually, I didn't miss it. But I think you need to go back and re-read my post. Someone said the "Complete Curb Your Enthusiasm" Deal of The Day wasn't such a great deal because individual seasons of "Curb" were regularly available for 10 dollars. I asked where that person saw them for that price.
