Just recieved my order from this sale. Didn't realize that Secondspin sells cutout CDs. When I contacted them about it, they basically said they can sell any type of CDs, as long as they are playable. Nice eh? What would happen if I tried to sell the CD back to them? I wonder if their policy would work the same way...NOT!

UPC. And come to think of it I believe I have also sold them some CDs with a saw mark in the jewel case.
They will not accept Cds or Dvds marked as Promo.
