Has anybody found out why Watchmen: Directors Cut has been removed from their site? I had mine ordered a few days ago but it's backordered and I'm wondering what's going on. Does anyone know?

From everything I had seen, this is what the UK will be getting. It comes out to about $20 - $30 more depending on the conversion rate, shipping and other charges from your credit card company. Unfortunately, I don't own any of the seasons - and have not seen any of them. A blind buy, but one I know I would enjoy and not regret.

It looks as thought the BSG blu has gone back up in price to $225.

Also... it doesn't come out till September and we still can't be 100% sure it's region-free until the discs are in the players (although it should be).

I should have left well enough alone. I placed an order yesterday morning when it was $219 ($164 after coupon). I read about the price drop to $201. I checked the price this afternoon, and called for the adjustment. When the customer service rep tried to adjust the price, she said the new price would be $169 after coupon. I was looking at the $201 price on my screen, so I figured she was doing something wrong. I asked her to cancel so that I could reorder. Of course, when I added the item to my cart, it showed the $225 price, and I'm going to end up paying an extra $5 instead of getting a refund. I guess that's what I get for being greedy.

For me, the price going up is a bit of a blessing since it removes some of the temptation of buying the set.

Yes they did. But now that the price went back up, I don't think they will anymore as this is their "solution" to the problem. They'll prob drop back to $201 to match amazon after the sale ends.

My BSG-BD set shipped as well. Still nothing on my CC account, but Chase has been slow updating in the past. It may be another day or two before I see what they ultimately charged me.

I understand it to be a charge of $164.92 and a refund of $18, net: $146.92. If it comes out being the $151.xx it *should* be, I'll still be happy.

They should honor the $151.xx price either way, because that's what they agreed to do. I generally don't put up a stink over these things, but $19 is a big difference, and if I don't get a chargeback like they said (mine is still in "BACKORDER") I will definitely keep calling until they honor it.

I like the look of the BSG UK packaging, but a few questions come to mind: 1.) Will it be region-free?; 2.) will the last set of webisodes be included or not?; 3.) what's different from the U.S. release?

They were both there earlier in the sale because I put them in my list to purchase. Now I'm trying to put together my order and I can't find them again. I've tried every search term I can think of and all I can find is Volume 1.

DD just credited me $13.XX for my BSG set. Not the full amount, but more than fair I think considering it had already shipped and the price has fluctuated. It's certainly more than Amazon would have done.

Where did you see they credited your account (Mine is still in "BACKORDER")? That's the correct amount with the 25% discount already applied. That's all I asked for.

I did receive an invoice for my initial order- did your BSG set ship yet? Mine is still in backorder. I did not receive an invoice for the refund.

Has anyone had a significant difference in delivery dates on multiple orders that were supposed to ship the same day? I ordered 1 DVD on late on 7/17 (a Friday night) and another on 7/19 (a Sunday afternoon). According to their order status screen, both were shipped on 7/20 (a Monday). The first DVD I got on 7/25 (last Saturday) but the other hasn't arrived yet...

Any word on whether this sale might be extended? (flight of the conchords and tim and eric releases coming out on aug 4). I can't remember how early we knew in the past of an extension for one of these sales.
