I put my order in for it as well, with Expedited Shipping. However I had also pre-ordered at Amazon (who lowered to 209) but they shipped before I could cancel. LOL. I'll hold onto it and then return to Amazon, hopefully the backordered BSG sets from DD will get to me within 30 days.

None of my order has shipped yet, but it was only placed on Thursday. I thought they shipped in stock stuff faster during the sale usually.

The opposite has been my experience. In other words, my stuff always ships slower during the sale, but then I expect this with the higher volume of orders.

I think I'll wait till after Christmas and use Gift Cards to buy the set at Best Buy, unless a store or online retailer has it for a good price before then. If the DD sale was in 2 weeks, I would be able to buy BSG, but a few unexpected bills came up, so no go right now. Oh well.

My Bill Me Later seems fine so far. I've used it before and always made the payments really quick. Maybe that's why. I can't really afford to pay for the set until the beginning of August but that's really soon so I'm glad I was able to select it as an option. That's unfortunate to hear that some of you had your orders canceled because of it.

If people are concerned with paying the bill on the BSG set- if it is out of stock, it may not come in and ship before your next billing cycle anyway (assuming it takes at least 7 days to receive a resupply on this).
or
if it does get restocked w/in 7 days, they still may not have enough to fulfill all the orders that have come in after street date- so it could go out-of-stock again- further delaying getting charged for it (since they only charge when they are ready to ship).

This is an amazing price on this set- even cheaper than it was to get the individual seasons on dvd. I'm sure it will be on sale sometime in Q4 for the holidays, but I can't believe it would/could be much cheaper than the over 50% off it is here. It's not like it's going to flop either- relative to it's high sticker price, this should sell well.

I am wondering the same thing. Their listing for it says "No longer available." I *hope* they just mean its temporarily out of stock and would be backordered, but their wording here is confusing. Anyone know for sure?

Usually, that wording means they don't expect to receive any additional copies from their distributor. If they expected more copies to come in, they'd let you order it and simply tell you it's back-ordered.

But it's pretty hard to know for sure. The status of the title may change in the future if they do end up receiving additional stock.

How are people getting Bing cashback on their orders? I've placed three orders from DD and haven't gotten a penny in my Bing account.
