The 10am sale will be for a Blu-ray player; the 2pm for a remote.

It's High-Def Week in the Gold Box.
So there will be Blu-ray titles, Blu-ray players, TVs, and other accessories to go along with it.
Amazon had a poll around the time the TV on DVD Goldbox was occurring that members can vote on what Blu-ray box set makes it into the sale. I'm hoping that it's Firefly and I'm hoping that it's an actual, decent deal.

I thought that during hi def week that the deal of the day was going to be a blu ray set and some blu ray lightining deals sprinkled throughout the week.
