I'm tempted to get Veronica Mars S1. I've been wanting to get that series for a while. I picked up S3 when Circuit City was going out of business. My wife hasn't seen the first 2 1/2 seasons, and I found myself missing the show. $12 is a great deal for it. Though adding $4 for shipping makes it a good price, just not great. But I've been hoping to get it for around $15, so that's close enough. I've never heard of oldies.com, though. How are they?

Let's put it this way.... I usually avoid threads about them, not because they're a shoddy retailer (quite the contrary), but because they get WAY too much of my money!!! 
They're truly fantastic, and I've never had any problems whatsoever with them (except for the fact that every time they have a sale, my bank account dwindles mightily....)

I ordered WestWing S3 from them the last time they had the sale.
Long story short, they have the WORST CS and I just got the dvd box yesterday and it is a rewrapped return that has fingerprints on the dvds!!!
Not sure if I will send it back or just keep it and never order from them again...

Hoepfully I wont have the same experience you had, but for $12, if I did, it wouldnt be the end of the world.
Hopefully your situation works out favorably for you.

Invasion was a great series.. Sci-Fi.. Drama... very good characters... but be warned it ended at a cliffhanger due to it not being renewed as a series... Could have ended in middle of last episode and been less of a bummer.. but don't let that stop you.. just be aware...
