picked up a copy of "hair" for 7.50 shipped. one of my all-time favorite musicals. its a barebones widescreen, but I have just about given up all hope of a special edition ever coming out. would love to see a "director's cut" with the missing songs restored, but thats prob not gonna ever happen

Weirdly I got "This American Life" season 2 on there for 11.99 (minus 20%) when it's not supposed to be released until July.

That must be a re-release, I bought this back in February from Amazon.

general release for this is in july. however, borders has the exclusive on selling it right now. they did this with season 1 also.

In general I didn't buy much from the sale this time, I've noticed that I've been able to get things on Amazon used from Market place sellers (often times "new") for less than the cost of Second Spin, even minus the 20% and factoring in the free shipping. Their prices haven't been great as of late.

Yeah, I just got some cds and 3:10 to Yuma blu-ray. I used to buy a ton of boxsets from them. They once had the best prices on Star Trek sets. Now they want them used for $57.00. Lousy deal.
