Thanks for the post -

While I hear it's horrible, I'm in for the Spirit blu ray.

Ever since Circuit City closed its doors, its like Best Buy just stopped trying.

Hmm at a glance those blu-rays on sale could be interpreted as a bundle price for 2.

That would be great. We need Amazon outlet B&M stores to pickup our online purchases.

I think they are a bundle price. It mentions "double feature" and some of those titles (i.e. Top Gun) are usually found for around $15 or maybe even less. So I believe they are bundles, and they're more than likely packaged together.

Thanks for the early prices Musick. Now if only the blu-ray prices were enticing...

Re: Best Buy Media Prices - April 12- April 18

It really does look like Best Buy has just complacently settled as what they deem is the only option. However, Amazon B&M stores would be BAD, as I currently enjoy paying no tax (probably for a fleeting time though).

Decent price for Scene It: Box Office Smash. $20 for the game, $25 for the full pack. I already have the 4 remotes from the previous version, but am trying to remember if it came with 8 AA batteries. I could probably dump the new set of controllers off too. Hmmm...

I have my fingers crossed Best Buy loses business and closes its doors ala CC. Yea, I hate BB that much.

That 2 pack is currently $25.79 on barnesandnoble.com, $23.21 if you're a member, or even less if you use one of the coupons in the Barnes and Noble Coupon thread. I'm also considering picking this up.

Re: Best Buy Media Prices - April 12- April 18

Wow, what a crappy ad!

You can tell when it's a slow week, when appliances are on the front cover and ALL the TV screens show flowers/trees instead of the hot new DVD movie being released.

But thanks, OP, for posting this.

Re: Best Buy Media Prices - April 12- April 18

Thanks musick, don't see anything. I do wonder though if I could use the $10 coupon found on Eagle Eye on the Sweeney Todd double feature. 2 Blu-rays for $17 wouldn't be too bad. I already own Sweeney on SD though, so who knows.

Re: Best Buy Media Prices - April 12- April 18

They weren't open today, Easter. Have they been closed on past Easter Sundays in honor of the day or is this due to a current lack of competition (CC) or saving some cash on the payroll?
