Amazon UK - Supernatural Seasons 1-3
Amazon.co.uk are selling the three seasons of supernatural individually for £14 (Seasons 1 & 3) and £10 (Season 2).
Or all three seasons together for £27.

Supernatural Seasons 1-3 are £26.27 ($40) shipped to the US.
Supernatural Three Pack Link with price of £26.67. But, when you ship to the US, they take the VAT tax out of the price and it goes down to £23.19. Shipping is £3.08.

Although this set is a good bargain (it cost me less to buy the set and have it shipped to me here in Australia than it is to buy S3 alone in the shops here), S1 is completely devoid of extras. S2 and S3 have the same extras as their R1 counterparts.

I have a few questions about the VAT tax:
How does the VAT tax work? If I live outside the UK I have a discount? What percentage of the total cost is it?

It's usually around 3 or 4 pounds which with current exchange rates comes out to be around $4 to $6 us dollars. I finally got the Ally McBeal series set some 3 weeks ago for around $60 us dollars.
