Yeah I saw those .99, 1.99 and 2.44 that traderbora is offering. His offer for Memorial day week is buy 10 of these and get 5 of them free, but shipping kills the deal kind of. I put 10 .99 in my cart and it took off $4.95, but shipping was over $30.

Most of the titles I had in my cart jumped from 4.34 to 12.99...

I checked and you're right. Almost all of the free shipping/fulfilled by Amazon titles went up to $12-$15. Things like the Mission Impossible set are about $50. Only the HD-DVDs under $3 where you pay exorbitant shipping remain at a reasonable price.

These new prices are so outrageous compared to what we've seen for months that I have to think it's a temporary thing because clearly the seller couldn't possibly expect to sell any of these at those prices. Perhaps jacking all of the prices up into the ridiculous zone is an easier way of taking a break from his sales than pulling down the listings until he can sort through his backlog of orders and catch-up? Just guessing.

Glad I got in my Amazon Tradebora HD DVD order last week, as well as, hopefully, my last HD DVD order with inetvideo.

They lowered the price to .99 and 1.99 on many and you have to pay 2.98 shipping on each as they ship directly from tradebora. They also say if you buy 10 you get 5 off them free for memorial day sale.. The ones amazon ships were raised in price.

Has anyone tried their memorial day sale? Do you only pay for shipping on 5? If so it comes out to about $2.50 each.

Movietronix has a bunch of titles on Amazon for around $3.50 each shipped. I decided to order a few, though for a lot of them I'm actually hoping they will be lowered even more. Still, that's pretty good pricing. I also ordered Liar Liar which was just a few cent over $4.

Traderbora now has a bunch of titles for $3.50-ish as well. Not that it's by much, but prices were lowered a few cents below Movietronix on a number of titles. It might be worth a look to some of you. I just ordered some from Traderbora that I passed on from Movietronix. I'm still holding out on a number of titles though as some stuff I really don't know if it's worth it considering the films themselves... but the prices are definitely good.

I'm glad I never sold my HD DVD player when the format lost the war. Enjoying both HD DVD's and Blu-ray's has been nice.

I don't believe they added anything new. I definitely do not own EVERY Universal release as there are titles that I know I personally hate. And there are some I may discover I hate soon, but we shall see...

At the traderbora Storefront, the price look to me to be about the same as they were last week.

The prices have been fluctuating. They were around $13 each for a day or two, then $1.99 and $.99 cents each for most but no free shipping options, and then with that came a Buy 5 Get 5 deal that averaged them at $4 each for the .99 cent and 1.99 titles.

So these prices are new (well, at least they are... AGAIN.)

I now have every Universal title except for The Getaway. I can never find it for less than $7-8, though.

I ordered a bunch of these a few weeks ago and both my orders were missing DVDs. I would caution against tradebora. BTW, Amazon was quick to refund my money, but still --- I would order a bunch more, but I'm way too skeptical.

Anyway, some of the prices were higher, most were a little lower --- good deals -- IF You get them.

Geezus, I wish you people would quit updating this thread. I just spent $80. I picked up Jarhead, Top Gun, The Rundown and Daylight. All movies I have on DVD and rarely watch but am a sucker for a < $4 Hi-def disc. Oh yeah, while I was at it I ordered Rambo Trilogy and the Star Trek trilogy for $30 each. Also movies I have on DVD but the what the hell, why not get a few more?
