I don't care about any of the store exclusive packages, so I'm just looking for the best price. Seems like Amazon has the best deal for the 2-disc SE dvd ($20.99) assuming I can add something else to get free shipping. All the b&m stores have higher prices (except for maybe Walmart). Are there any better deals for the SE dvd?

isnt it true that the 2-Disc DVD and the Blu Ray dont exactly have the same special features? doesnt the blu ray have more?

sorry if this was already discussed.

the batpod is not very impressive.
i've had a good look at it and it's very small and cheap looking.
not worth the extra $20 or so it would cost.

btw my bbv has 3 sets of the pod and the other bbv were i work has 2.

$60.

I would pick up the Blu Ray at Circuit if it has the Why So Serious cover. Otherwise I'll pick it up wherever it is cheapest.

Of course I'm gonna hit a local shop up tomorrow to see if its released early

FYE has only the regular dvd steelbook? not the Blue Ray?

It seems that just dvd's are getting all the good stuff!

I really wanted to get a steelbook for Blue Ray (Region 1)

Correct... and its Blu-ray. It doesnt bother me too much, but youre sure to catch some shit on these boards for calling it Blue-ray.

Hey, if it doesn't then they're going to lose, well, at least twenty of DVDTalk's sales! (mine included) It'll make my life easier, since I won't have to make arrangements with someone near an operational CC to pick one up.

Currently, I'm banking on "no" and just heading to Target to use a Papa J's coupon to get it on the cheap.

I will be picking up the dvd at FYE in the SteelBook packaging. Price will probably be around 24.99 or so, with a $7 rebate for a final price of $17.99 or with my backstage pass $15.49. Not a bad deal. Dont have a blueray player yet, so I wont be picking up a copy of the blue ray.

I was originally going to go the Limited Edition Batpod route but judging from the opinions of those who have seen it I think I may just pick the the Blu-ray where ever I can find it cheapest. I'd like the CC Why So Serious cover but if it's not available in Blu then I won't bother.

Looks like it's off to Amazon...

I'm torn between the Target Blu-ray Batman mask and the Best Buy Blu-Ray Joker bust. I have the Iron Man Blu-ray mask so most likely I'll pick that the Batman one up and save the $5 versus getting the bust. I'm liking the Best Buy exclusive Joker Statuette for $9.99 as well.

I am maybe the only-one that may not buy this because of the Mixed Reviews related to QC for both the SD-DvD & Blue-Ray.
