$10 off Wall-E blu-ray coupon with dvd?

Hey does anybody know if the Wall-E dvd came with one of those coupons for $10 off the blu-ray version? If anyone has it, can you post a scan of it please?

I wonder if Disney/Buena Vista stopped doing this?

I don't think they do it with titles that come out day and date with the hi def disc. It is usually for people who previously owned the other disc to upgrade.

Not entirely true. Enchanted Blu-ray was released day-and-date with the S-DVD, and it had a $10 coupon. Still I don't see why Disney would continue this practice.

They have actually done for several titles including: no country for old men, dan in real life, pirates 3, and national treasure 2.
If the coupon does exist, can someone please scan it?

It does not exist for WALL-E. Disney stopped this, probably due to the abuse those handful of titles received with people uploading the coupon online.
