Another issues is shipping time. Depending on where you are located can determine whether it takes less then 5 days to receive an order or closer to 10 days. Even with the slow downs last June I've always received mine within 5 days of shipping.

Firefly regularly went on sale this past year at many locations for as little as $16. I would bet it will again... but you never know. You'll have to decide if it is worth the gamble to save ~$3 (plus gas/time/sales tax). I've not seen the Office cheaper anywhere else.
