Is it safe to assume v1 is the same US cut with the black and white sequence? I bought the R3 SD disc because it is longer and completely in color... So I might not want to upgrade mine... Plus, mine doesn't qualify for the $10 rebate...

I wasn't to keen on Amazon Prime's $80 price tag, but there's something nice about ordering a book (the other day) for $11.40 and having it arrive in two days and ordering this combo at 4:30 pm and have it delivered by 10 am the next morning. Sweet!

Prime is unbelievably awesome sometimes. My only gripe is the lack of Saturday shipping. I only shop in stores for dvds now for the occasional exclusive.

Haven't ever seen a "Deal of the Day" repeated on Amazon, so my guess is no. Only way you'll see a price like this again sometime soon is if a B & M store decides to do this and Amazon price matches. But I wouldn't hold your breath.
