I'm wondering what the special package for the Blu-ray and DVD is as well.

Target matches their own prices up to 2 weeks, if it's the same as when I worked there way back.

In ad YES.

To me it looks like a slide out drawer holding 2 DVDs but not much else is shown.

Sounds interesting. I'm loving the Blu-ray Collectible packaging effort from Target. I'll probably pick this up.

Thanks speedy.

Will the standard edition of Indy have any collectible packaging or is it just for the Blu-ray?

It's noted that the Blu-Ray and Target's 2 Disc Deluxe have collectible packaging.

Thanks speedy. Can you tell what's special about the packaging? Lenticular cover?

Could you please draw us a picture of the packaging, Speedy.

In scale please. Not schematic.

Thank you.

That's what I ran into when I tried to have them price match Dexter S2 and House S4 about 3 1/2 weeks after I bought them on release day.

I wonder why they don't do 30 days like Best Buy and Circuit City?

Found this on the net.

Indiana Jones exclusives

Exclusive Packaging is a beautiful hard cover book from Palace Press with 80 pages of behind the scenes photos, including many never-before-published images.

That book looks nice. I wonder is it just attached to the standard 2 disc, or does Target have a special package that holds the 2 disc and book?

I'm guessing the latter.

But if this picture is any indication, the "beautiful hardcover book" is only the size of a DVD.

That doesn't look like a slide-out drawer to me. Perhaps there is a different blu-ray exclusive.

But that picture is not from the ad.

I definitely see 2 discs coming from the right side of the case in the print ad.

Now, it could be a slide out drawer for the DVDs with the book packaged underneath or glued to the back of the case with re-usable snot (which they've done in the past).

We'll know soon enough.

Yea, how is that book going to work for the Blu-ray packaging?

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that you were mistaken. I just meant maybe the blu-ray exclusive is the book and the drawer packaging.

when you say "drawer", you mean slipcover, yes? i.e., is it a dvd plus book that slide out the side of the slipcover?
