This doesn't say 1 or 2 disc editions.

Terminator: The Sarah Conner of Chronicles: Season 1 >>>> $22.99 (Best Buy Exclusive Steel Book Packaging) (Future Shop has them too)
Hey.. Thanks for filling in for speedy.. I got a copy of next week's Futureshop ad which shows the Sarah Conner steelbook which I posted in the steelbook thread.. Does it look the same as the Bestbuy image?

Also, it looks like the regular edition is $19.99 online. Does it show both versions and the steelbook is $3 more?
Thanks

I'm going to be blind buying the Sarah Conner Chronicles... how is the series overall? I love the Terminator films, so this seems like a no brainer for me.

Sarah Connor is pretty damn good. I have the BD and love the show - looking forward to Season 2. Sucks we don't get the BD Tin out here...I prefer to Summer Glau cover art instead of the emo one we got.

While the first few episodes seemed overly contrived (upon watching you'll definitely see why), the show definitely found its groove by episode four or five. So, don't give up too early. This series does an excellent job of tying in the events of the first two films (the third Terminator has been rendered an alternate version of "the future") and expanding into new plot lines that add to the Terminator universe, so if you are a fan of the series it will be enjoyable! It's definitely not my favorite show, but it will be a welcome addition to my collection.

Thanks for clearing that up. We actually bought it at Barnes & Noble before I checked back in and saw this response (40% off of their $19.99 price made it $12.71 with tax, which was still less than the $13.78 it would have been at Wal-Mart). At least this knowledge will (hopefully) help someone else.

Bought the Sarah Connor steelbook.

Went when they first opened up and they only had 5 copies on display.

Mine didn't have any big display. A few regular editions were in the new release section.

The steelbooks were located in the FOX TV DVD section.

I arrived at Best Buy this morning at opening and they only had 6 copies of the steelbook version for Terminator Sarah Connor DVD. I am happy I stop by this morning I figured they might have a low amount on the shelf since it's a TV series and not a feature film. Hope everyone who wanted to pick this up got a copy.

In case anyone is wondering, the Sarah Connor steelbook has the 1st disc on the left hand side and discs 2 & 3 on the right which are overlapping.

It also comes with an insert.

Is the Best Buy steelbook for The Sarah Connor Chronicles limited to the initial supply only, or will they continue to stock it for a few months until they decide the limited time is over?

this will be limited as most stores have already sold out of this steelbook.....

so if you want it better check now. but in the numbers are showing that most stores only got between 2 and 7 copies....
