For those of you who have cancelled orders via e-mail or phone, do they send a cancellation confirmation e-mail? I'm looking at MyExpressCheckout and everything I cancelled via phone still shows "In Process". I want to order them elsewhere since WHV has terrible shipping now, but don't want to end up with doubles.

the item will be cancelled when you call or e-mail them. If you receive an item you cancelled you can refuse the package. However you would have to know what is in the package you are refusing without opening it to get free return.
I would call several times if the item still says in process.

I got Band of Brothers, Chuck, Supernatural, and Star Wars : The Clone Wars yesterday. Their shipping has been really great for me. With the exception of the Batman:Animated Series cancellation, I received everything I ordered on street date or before.

Well I tried calling today. The item is on their website and you can still order it. However CS still says it is no longer available. I asked if it was ever available and they said they didn't know. They said the new order I placed will eventually be cancelled. They did not apply the 30% discount to the new order. It will be interesting if I actually get it. If anyone sees this set in store please let us know. When I asked if this was available retail, cs said they didn't know and said I should check e-bay.
And of course I checked today and my second order for Batman Complete Series without the discount shipped. I call cs and they are crediting my account with 30% off. Crazy company. It is of course now cheaper at DD with the 25% off since I have to pay tax with Warner.

I called on 11/5 to cancel my order for both "Man From U.N.C.L.E." and "Supernatural S3". Today, I got an e-mail that both items shipped out on 11/6 via UPS. Strangely, on the e-mail, the "estimated street date" was listed as 11/3 for both (though it's actually 10/21 and 11/11, respectively.)

Does anyone know how to get free shipping on The Dark Knight? The site advertises it, but on checkout, the only options I have for shipping are standard $6 & rushed $16.

Nugent, I ordered the Get Smart full series in September as well. The DVD I ordered with it, came on time but I still haven't received Get Smart. I've sent a few emails and been told that there were problems at the warehouse. If they don't confirm shipping soon, I'll have to cancel so I can order elsewhere since it's really a gift for someone else.
