For those of you who have cancelled orders via e-mail or phone, do they send a cancellation confirmation e-mail? I'm looking at MyExpressCheckout and everything I cancelled via phone still shows "In Process". I want to order them elsewhere since WHV has terrible shipping now, but don't want to end up with doubles.

the item will be cancelled when you call or e-mail them. If you receive an item you cancelled you can refuse the package. However you would have to know what is in the package you are refusing without opening it to get free return. I would call several times if the item still says in process. |

Does anyone know how to get free shipping on The Dark Knight? The site advertises it, but on checkout, the only options I have for shipping are standard $6 & rushed $16.

Nugent, I ordered the Get Smart full series in September as well. The DVD I ordered with it, came on time but I still haven't received Get Smart. I've sent a few emails and been told that there were problems at the warehouse. If they don't confirm shipping soon, I'll have to cancel so I can order elsewhere since it's really a gift for someone else.
