I got another 10% off e-mail coupon this morning instead of the usual 20% membership coupon. I hope this is not the new policy of only 10% Membership coupon benefits. Less now for being a Member. Will they continue the snail mail 20% or be reduced as well?

There's always a 20% code floating around that is their monthly apology/failsafe/replacement code, which can also theoretically be reused... whether personal ethics play a part in finding it or using it is up to an individual.

Any ideas on when the Arrow sale might be? I was hoping it would kick in before the current 5off10 dvd coupon expired, but that seems like a long shot at this point.
