Also, has anyone's preorder of Purple Noon shipped yet? I called bn.com to ask about it and they told me that their warehouse didn't have any in stock and I'd have to wait. This probably means that I have to click "I still want this item" on the email that will come in a few days.

There is a good chance I may give it away. So far I haven't found anything to use it on. Also with the B&N Criterion sale, Black Friday week and after I've already spent a lot on DVDs, Blu-rays, and other stuff. Not looking forward to paying off the credit cards in the next few weeks. I'm also trying to figure out what to buy with $25 in BB RZ certs, and have a $5/$25 Facebook credit at Amazon I need to use by Sunday. Using my last B&N coupon is low priority right now.

first half of January is always the B2G1 anything and everything sale.

So has anyone used these coupons both on-line and in store? I got a 25% off one item code, but would use it in store over on line if it's only going to work once so I can also add my member discount.

I tried to use one of the 20% coupons at my local B&N for a British TV sale item but was informed that I cannot stack promotional discounts. This will certainly affect my purchasing dvds and blu-rays at B&N.

While some DVDs are not part of the sale online, in store, all DVDs categorized as "British TV" on the price sticker are 50% off.

I was looking online today and noticed B&N has cut the prices of some of their Paramount blu-ray titles to 50% off before coupons. I assume they are probably trying to blow out the inventory since I read that Warner was going to distribute some of their titles next year.

Very tempting to use my 25% coupon on either Sunset Boulevard or Chinatown which are both currently $13.49 each. Unfortunately it doesn't look like these prices are available at the stores when I called to check. The extra 10% would put them under $10.

I tried to use the 25% coupon I got and it says my order is not eligible for the coupon. (I am buying a DVD set). I tried a couple of the ones above and it gave the same error. Any reason why?


EDIT: Doesn't look like it is allowing coupon usage for items in the BBC sale.


BTW, you can use the $10 GCs from the promo now and don't need to wait for Dec 26th.

I had issues using a 20% off coupon IN-STORE today. I had him try two different ones. I wonder if they disabled BBC coupon usage in-store, too. I used one yesterday without issue. I was trying to get Sherlock S2. I asked for a supervisor, and he was willing to manually discount 20%.
I have some extra 20% off codes I will post here shortly.

EDIT: Seeing as All OF ec461's coupons have been used, and only ONE person said they used one (or tried to) I decided I will not post them. I hate lurkers. If you want a coupon, PM me. I will update this post once they are all gone. Must have at least 25 posts and been a member for at least a month.
